Welcome to mwin8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mwin8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the mwin8 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services.

mwin8 is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international gaming licensing. We are not licensed by any Malaysian regulatory authority, and we do not represent ourselves as such. • "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

To register for and use an mwin8 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of mwin8 or any of its affiliated operators or service providers.
• You have not previously had an mwin8 account permanently closed by the Operator for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active mwin8 account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, mwin8 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph clearly holding the submitted photo identification document.
• Additional documentation at the Operator's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

mwin8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable time may result in account termination and, where legally permitted, forfeiture of associated funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. mwin8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

mwin8 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.1 Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits per transaction are specified on the Platform's payments page. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. mwin8 does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method and account holder name that matches the verified identity on your mwin8 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers: typically 5–15 minutes.
• Standard bank wire transfer: typically 15–60 minutes.

These are indicative timelines and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of peak demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An inactivity fee of MYR 30 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances following written notice to the registered email address. Account holders may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

All wagers placed on the mwin8 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing the details of any bet before confirming placement. mwin8 does not accept liability for inadvertent wager placement or errors made by the player during the bet-placement process.

6.1 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the long-run expected return based on the game's mathematical structure. Individual session outcomes will deviate from stated RTP figures in either direction.

6.2 Sports Betting. mwin8 offers sports betting markets across a range of competitions including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events. 6.3 Void Bets & Technical Errors. mwin8 reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest technical error, data feed failure, or system fault. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake returned to their account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. mwin8 applies maximum winnings caps across product categories. These limits are detailed within the Platform's product-specific terms. The Operator reserves the right to limit any player's maximum stake or winnings at its sole discretion.

mwin8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback incentives, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game contributions.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Real-money funds in your account balance are used and withdrawn ahead of bonus funds.
• Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7.2 Birthday & Referral Bonuses. Birthday bonuses are awarded based on the player's registered date of birth and their active VIP tier on the date of their birthday. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 are payable upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit and satisfying minimum wagering requirements. Both parties must hold verified accounts in good standing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mwin8 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, use of arbitrage software, bots, or any automated betting systems.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports events in which you have placed a wager on the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate Platform outcomes through any technical means, including but not limited to packet interception, reverse engineering, or unauthorised API access.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mwin8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent geographic access restrictions or platform security measures.

Upon detection of prohibited conduct, mwin8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited activity, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

All content on the mwin8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, software code, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mwin8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mwin8.

The mwin8 name and logo must not be used in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or association without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mwin8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in games or betting activities on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits mwin8's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

mwin8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become harmful. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gambling tools to all account holders, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit ceilings that you can set, reduce, or — subject to a cooling-off period — increase.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when your active session has exceeded a duration you specify.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions lasting from 24 hours to 6 weeks, applied immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal, longer-term exclusion from the Platform, available for periods from 6 months to permanent, effective immediately upon application.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your mwin8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Following account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC clearance) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension. mwin8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.
• Continuation of the account relationship would expose mwin8 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated for cause, mwin8 may withhold funds pending investigation. Any funds not subject to legitimate retention will be returned to the verified payment method on record following completion of that investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mwin8 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forums of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact mwin8 via the support channels outlined in Section 15 and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved informally. mwin8 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of player complaints.

mwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via:

• A notice posted on the Platform homepage or in your account dashboard.
• An email notification to the address associated with your registered account.

Amended Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after the date of notification, except where changes are required to comply with legal obligations, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
